What is included in each package price?
Every package listed includes the session time, professional editing of selected images, and access to an online gallery. Printed products and albums are included only in the packages that specify them, as noted in each tier.
How do I pay for a session?
We accept cash and bank transfer payments. A deposit is required to confirm your booking date, with the remaining balance due on the day of your session at our Tanta studio.
Can I add extra photos or prints after my session?
Yes, additional edited photos, prints, and album upgrades can be purchased separately after your session. We'll share the current add-on pricing when you review your gallery.
What is your rescheduling policy?
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice at no extra charge, subject to studio availability. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change your appointment.
Do you offer sessions outside the studio?
Some of our family packages include on-location options within Tanta. Let us know your preference when booking, and we'll confirm whether outdoor or on-location shooting fits your selected package.
How long until I receive my edited photos?
Edited photos are typically delivered within 5 to 10 business days after your session, depending on the package and number of images included. You'll receive a notification once your gallery is ready.
